Should You Drink Iaso Tea Everyday? If Not, How Often Should You Take It?

Let’s be honest, losing weight is hard work.

No wonder people are always looking for the easiest way out.

In fact, there are some people who would love to just sit on their couch all day and take a pill to get the body of their dreams. And in this case, there are some people who would love to drink tea every day to flush away belly fat.

Which Brings Me To The Topic Of Iaso Tea.

No doubt you must have seen some of the crazy social media posts on how drinking Iaso tea along with taking a few other products from the Total Life Changes Company can help you to lose weight naturally.

By the way, some of the products that are commonly recommended to complement the Iaso Tea are the NRG, Nutraburst, and the Resolution drops among others.

In this post, however, we’ll just focus on whether or not you should drink Iaso Tea every day and we’ll talk about the other products in other posts.

  • But Can You Really Drink A Tea To Lose Weight Naturally?
  • And should you be drinking a detox tea every day?

That is exactly what we are going to be discussing in this post.

So if you have been wondering how to take your Iaso Tea (if you’ve already bought it) or if you are considering trying it for the first time, I will try to provide you with all the answers that you need.

Should You Drink Iaso Tea Every Day?

Well before I answer that, it is important that you know what Iaso Tea is and what it is not. Most people have the wrong idea/information about this tea because of how must people promote the product on social media.

So at its core, Iaso Tea is actually a ‘DETOX’ tea manufactured by Total Life Changes.

But What does this mean?

Well, in reality, it is designed to help your body flush out toxins. The tea is jam-packed with a number of ingredients that contain both soluble and insoluble fiber that acts as a power wash for your intestines. And according to Healthline, both soluble and insoluble fiber are good for your gut health.

Soluble fiber may reduce blood cholesterol and sugar and also helps your body improve blood glucose control. Insoluble fiber, on the other hand, attracts water into your stool, making it softer and easier to pass with less strain on your bowel.

Insoluble fiber can help promote bowel health and regularity.

This in essence means that when you drink this tea consistently over a period of time, you will be going to the bathroom more than usual.

Now here’s the thing, one of the by-products of going to the bathroom so often is weight loss. The Iaso Tea will essentially be acting as a laxative which makes it a good remedy for constipation or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). But you also need to understand that weight loss and fat loss are two different things.

We tend to refer to them as one and the same but that’s where we make a big mistake. You see, drinking Iaso Tea will result in a loss of water weight but not necessarily fat. This can be misleading because even the official website has a slogan that says you can lose 5 pounds in 5 days.

And this is where things can get a little bit weird.

Let me use a hypothetical example…

Let say you try Iaso tea and you did manage to lose 5 pounds in 5 days. Well, you would feel excited because who wouldn’t right? You just dropped 5 freaking pounds. The problem however is that your body fat percentage is the same.

This means that as soon as you stopping drinking Iaso tea, your weight will go right back to where it was ….. Unless you followed through with making a few changes to your diet and lifestyle.

This brings us to the question: should you drink Iaso Tea every day?

And without beating around the bush, the short answer is NO!

Here’s why.

If you want to get really scientific, Iaso tea would fall under the category of being a Laxative.

Which is basically what detox teas are.

They are designed to clean out your system. And that’s the reason why it is recommended for people who regularly experience irritable bowel syndrome or constipation.

They work by stimulating a bowel movement.

Now there are quite a few benefits to taking laxatives and in this case, drinking Iaso tea.

1. It promotes the absorption of water into your bowels.

This makes stools larger and softer which in turn makes them easier to pass.

2. It helps your digestive system to run more efficiently. A cleaner system means that you’ll be better able to absorb the nutrients from the foods that you eat.

3. Because of the enormous amounts of soluble fiber in Iaso Tea, it also helps to suppress your appetite. This means you’ll eat less on a daily basis because you’ll feel less hungry throughout the day.

3. A by-product of drinking Iaso Tea is that you will lose weight.

This is tricky though because it’s not necessarily the tea that makes you lose weight.

It is more of a cause and effect.

When you drink Iaso Tea, it suppresses your appetite so you eat less and it also makes you go to the bathroom on a regular basis.

SO a decrease in food intake coupled with more frequent excretion means more weight loss.

Make sense?

Keep in mind that the majority of the weight you lose in the first few days of drinking Iaso Tea will be mainly water weight.

And so it is very important to rehydrate yourself on a daily basis.

That said, a laxative is not something that you take every single day.

Which means, you shouldn’t drink Iaso Tea every single day. In fact, even the directions on the package suggest that you drink the tea for 5 days and then take two days off.

Remember guys, drinking Iaso Tea is not a magic formula for weight loss.

A good diet and exercise will always be key in getting the body you truly desire.

Iaso Tea and other weight loss supplements are designed to “supplement” an already healthy lifestyle.

So Do I Recommend Iaso Tea?

Yes, I believe that everyone should do a detox on a regular basis to help get rid of toxins from your digestive tract.

But I’m also a firm believer in proper dieting and exercise.

Put it this way, if diet and exercise is the cake then Iaso Tea is the icing on the cake. And you already know, without the cake, the icing really doesn’t matter.
